HISTORY
Why T-TALENT?
T-TALENT was founded by Danh Truong, bringing a fresh perspective to the recruitment industry. Born in 1982 in Belgium to Vietnamese parents, he grew up with his siblings immersed in a blend of cultures that shaped his worldview.
Pursuing higher education, he studied for a Master's degree in Commercial Engineering at HEC Management School - University of Liège in Belgium, fostering a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
His career journey began in the banking sector in Luxembourg in 2007, where he started to gain valuable experience and honed his skills.
In the summer of 2010, everything changed when a pivotal call from a Headhunter beckoned him to Zürich, to work for a prominent bank. He embraced the opportunity to come to Switzerland, an important decision that opened doors to new challenges and opportunities, significantly shaping his career.
Over a decade, he thrived in the banking sector, accumulating expertise in Finance and worked as Team Leader in Accounting.
In January 2016, he made a decisive career change to become a Headhunter.
He worked for a recruitment agency in Zürich as Talent Director specialized in Financial Services - Finance & Accounting.
This bold step ignited a passion for matching Talent with the right opportunity.
Alongside his professional achievements, life brought also personal milestones. He got married in Switzerland and embraced parenthood.
His journey in Switzerland culminated in becoming a Swiss citizen with his family in 2023, proudly calling the picturesque city of Zug home.
In the summer of 2024, with a deep sense of gratitude and a desire to make a meaningful impact, it is time to embark on a new chapter with a clear vision. Drawing on his values of integrity, empathy and professionalism, he is founding T-TALENT in Zug.
